Please note that these are estimates—actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (such as holidays, customs delays, or natural events).
3. Pre-ordered and Back-ordered Items
If your order includes pre-ordered or back-ordered items, available items will be shipped first.
Remaining items will be shipped once they become available.
You may receive multiple shipments for a single order.
4. Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS (if applicable) containing your tracking number and tracking link.
You can also track your shipment from the Track My Order section on our website.
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear.
